Lawn Care Products Only (Excluding Turf Grass)
At Turfman Brisbane, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our lawn care products. Please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing non-turf products from us.
- 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@turfman.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (costs will be deducted from your refund) and instructions on where to send the package.
Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Administration Fees for Returns or Exchanges
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, Turfman Brisbane reserves the right to apply an administration charge to cover processing fees. This fee includes:
- 2.5% of the total purchase price.
- A $0.30 transaction fee.
- The cost of the return shipping label (if applicable).
- Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@turfman.com.au, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
- Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., turf grass).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
- Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product following the process above. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

- Refunds for Living Turf Grass Products
Turf grass is a living product and cannot be returned. However, if you are unsatisfied with your turf order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at 07 3088 7992 or info@turfman.com.au. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a refund or replacement for orders that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (excluding general environmental factors such as weather conditions or transport wear and tear).
- Change of Mind
Before Shipping or Harvesting
If you change your mind before your items have been shipped or harvested, we will process a refund. However, an administration fee of 2.5% of the total cost + $0.30 transaction fee + return shipping costs (if applicable) will apply.
After Harvesting (Living Turf Products)
If you change your mind after your turf has been harvested, we cannot offer a refund as turf is a living product and cannot be resold once harvested.
